HEROES cast will be in Singapore???

I received an email from dear tomato girl yesterday, saying that Heroes cast will be in Singapore.

Then the first thing that came to my mind was 'ARE U SURE?'. Heroes... my favourite, all-time favourite! None other than Heroes I swear! And finally dream comes true... I get to meet them in person instead of watching them on TV (Star World).

However, sad to know that i can't celebrate Merdeka Day in Malaysia. Cos this event will be held on our Merdeka Day - which is on the 31st August, 3pm, @ Central Court , VivoCity , Singapore.

I know spending Merdeka Day in Singapore just doesn't sound right. But come on, is the cast from HEROES alright. I can't help it... I must go. I will get Tengku to go with me, Are you ready Tengku??? hahahaha

Well, I promise you guys I'll be more patriotic next year...lolz =p

Oh ya... there's a contest running now.

Guess what... STAR WORLD and Nokia are giving fans the chance to meet the cast in Singapore and win a Nokia N95.

Four Heroes cast members – Ali Larter, Greg Grunberg, Masi Oka and Sendhil Ramamurthy will be in Singapore on Friday, 31 August.

Thank God for Nokia and STAR WORLD because they are both running a regional competition offering a few lucky fans the chance to win a Nokia N95 and fly to Singapore where they will score tickets to an exclusive meet-and-greet session with the stars.

As well as the one-on-one session, winners will also score exclusive Heroes premiums and have front-row seats when the cast makes a special appearance at VivoCity , Singapore ’s newest and largest mall.

To enter, STAR WORLD subscribers need to log on to www.startv.com/heroescontest, choose their country of residence and answer a few simple questions. The contest will run from 1-19 Aug and regional winners will be notified before 24 Aug.

So, please catch Heroes marathon on STAR WORLD, Monday – Friday, 11.30pm; Saturday at 3pm (5 episodes back-to-back).

Last but not least, there'll be a special appearance by Channel [V] VJs – Joey G, Sarah Tan, Marion Caunter & the latest addition to the family, Guest Presenter – Nicholas Saputra. They will be hosting the event with lots of cool games and exciting prizes to be given away!
