NO words could ever describe that feeling. The whole essay he secretly wrote, esp the part ..."my naughty and beautiful daughter...." instantly touches my heart and the flowing tears quietly tell me God is good!

Feeling very uneasy. If I knew that would be the last time I'd give him a hug before I left... If only I knew that's the last time I'd wanna hear him speak for a bit longer. Thinking how imperfect it would be not seeing him in that little house the next time I go back. One thing I'd never failed to do whenever I first stepped into the house - To Greet Him; "Ah Gong, hello".

He's a fortuneteller and I used to see many strangers in the house sitting in the living room waiting to meet him during chinese new year. Remember when I was a little girl neighbours of the other end saw me, she wondered which family I was from I was thinking whether to tell her my full name or... but I go I'm from the 'Ang' family, just few doors next to hers. She then smiled and told me my grandpa's full name. I went to mummy told her what had just happened. She goes ah gong is a very famous fortuneteller, of course people know his full name. Ahhh got it now. Since then I always describe him as 'the popular fortuneteller, and and, he's my grandpa'.

I like my chinese name cause it's given by him. It means a lot to me; every word has a meaning, perfectly defined by him. Used to ask him for some tips getting straight A(s) in exams when I was young lol but he always goes getting A in exams doesn't mean anything to you, ur meant for sth greater in life. Often there's some kinda communication barrier between us, wish I could speak better Hokkien, wish I got to know him better too...

Wondered he'd ever thought of me for a second before he left... been asking mummy about this cause I really wanted to know. Mummy said we shouldn't worry about this now and be happy for him that he left peacefully. True. Burst into tears when papa broke the news to me. couldn't believe that just happened; I wasn't there in the funeral, I wasn't there to cheer mummy up; I could only imagine - who what when where how!

Everything seemed too late now. I wish I had a time machine DOINK. If I had a chance to say one more thing to him, I would say thank you - you did make us so proud and I'm happy for you're my ah gong.

Hello updates updates!!! Feeling abit strange, haven't been in this place for a long time now... where should I start? Aaaaa... let's mark my one-year anniversary of my stay in London. Missing home! wanna go home. There isn't a night goes by that I don't miss home. I definitely hope to spend some time with pa & mummy & my dogs. Seems like sth's got to be sacrificed when there's other potential new option available in life. Choices do sometimes give my life the spark I am looking for, but I'm not really willing to sacrifice. I wish I had a mirror that reflects my future self. There's no turning back in every move I'm going to take I'm so afraid of failure I don't see myself having any room to make mistakes in life. I've been telling myself I do have the time to allow myself to make mistakes. It sounds real silly but sometimes things do happen!

Well, things have been going well! Am I going to get myself back in shape soon? Oh ya, I hope so =)

Whenever I see how things have been going for me now, I have to smile myself. But I always get this weird feelings that good things will come to an end soon and bad things will pop up! Nah please don't.

Degree course will end in less than 2 months time from now. I can't wait to leave uni life I wanna move my life onto another stage - the working adulthood life. Am really looking forward to it although it'd probably be pretty much crap as being a student but it will at least bring some sort of new excitement to my diary lol, not to mention I've recently added some good and strong spices in my diary =p

I do have other worries too.... need to sort that out ASAP though. Stress! Oh... and my dissertation =( whenever comes to thinking about dissertation it will put me in a grumpy mood and my day wouldn't be off to the best start! lol

Crystal clear water.... gently splashing water over my body! My skin's smooth & clean again. I look into the mirror... how do I feel? ...Beautiful I am!

Yummy food ~ even plain rice taste unusually good. The soup was great and its aroma was strong! ... Slurpppppppppppppppppp The comfy bed... (I'm Back!) time to update a lil. It's been hella long time!

So long, winter, life's been 'cold' and I'm longing for a summer. I used to avoid standing under the sun... but it's no longer being this way. I dream of hitting the best beach now (with best swimsuits) lol... with a perfect semi-tan body... (I wish) =P

Anyhow, with seasons change my fashion closet needs to change too. This is the most "headache" part. Yellow is the fashion key color for this Spring. But yellow's never been my body's favourite -_-"

Assignments Suck! Were dued last couple of weeks, but haven't been able to pull myself out of it. Not that I love them.. but I'm kinda worried about it... the results I mean. Who the hell was that invented the Harvard system of referencing? Shouldn't he/she feel bad about it for most people hate for what he/she had invented. Dissertation is the key... key to determine what degree I would get. Push me a little forward if you could... I should have done something by now. It seems like I'm still enjoying my post-assignment periods now when I actually have exams on the 9th of May and a pre-dissertation proposal to hand in on the same date, too. Wonderful!

Work's been .... emm-emm (if u understand what my emm-emm means here lol). Working with the medical field is something that bore me to tears (sometimes). I think I'd prefer being stressed out in the most competitive advertising field. The stress I gonna feel as if like having a life-taking-machine that operating my life and meanwhile it's almost ruining my everything, anytime, yet... I may still walk away with a huge smile on my face. Stress that would make me think beyond... that'd be Great! I can't think any further now.. I feel like I'm trapped between somethings =(

Clock changed in London yesterday. One hour forward. Silly me didn't know about that, of course. And still thought it was early to go to work so I went to Sainsbury's and came home to make lovely breakfast - Muffin + ham + greentea. It's great being like this... not until I spoke to Nadia : It's 7 hours different between us and Malaysia now... we're one hour ahead of the time... So now is 10.45am.

Then I went like... huh??? Shit! lol

But Spring is cool! Life's sucks during the freezing Winter months. hehe Can't wait for Summer to come... Why? This' a secret I'll not tell. =p

I attended my first medical classroom course today. The course was meant for international doctors and they're such lovely people. They're all hilarious. But even funnier when doctors actually asked question like this:

"What to feed my husband?". And men answered: We like oysters, prawns, champagne....

Then one pop out from the chair and mumbled sth like: Let's take a break or else WILL DIE!

Next minute we saw one or two people taking pills and some relieved their stress through laughter, which of course made me laugh too. And I took up 5 cups of tea to keep myself from nodding off. Well, another sleepless night!

Judy and I were laughing quite a lot, but Thank Goodness I brought my story book with me otherwise I would have fallen asleep while the lecture was going on in the class. Emmm.... maybe giving me a bit more time or attending more of classes like this, I bet I could just speak like a doctor when you need medical consultation lol =P Kidding myself... I could never 'bond' with those medical information.

I'm not looking forward to serve the next bunch of doctors, though. Next bunch might be one of the better looking ones lol. But it's not easy to deal with the locals. They are never easy to play with I know I know...

Heart Attacking

I've never known I could turn emotional pain into physical abuse. And what's worse when physical abuse always escalates.

When I manage to stop emotional pain, physical pain comes in attacking my heart, the real and more painful to bear ones! I couldn't sit still in the office and had to walk around and stretch my body out with my hands lifted up high. Like having ants in my pants. Stress! Sabine also made a joke saying we both were a bit of the same, because we couldn't stop shaking our legs while sitting in front of the computer lol. Yea I told her, I just can't have my ass sticked on the chair for too long =p

I learn from the internet of how chest pain would normally occur and so on. So I took things real slow in the office today, and kept telling myself: Don't stress, Don't rush, Do it slowly, relax a little; you still have your weekends to get them done, and finally, THANK GOD IS FRIDAY! Judy says it out loud on every Friday, whenever in Sabine's absence lol

Okay... new hair-do would be completely done soon. Always love black hair! Hope it would last longer this time after all the money paid!

I remember mommy often said to me when I was still in primary school:

I didn't appreciate her words when I heard what I was told but throughout the years, mommy's been working really hard, especially for her one & only most beloved daughter. Mommy and papa never sat me down with my homeworks [I'm not lying, I really NEVER had it during my childhood]. But their undying love for me have always had my wings sprouted and I rise up high to the sky, circling in laps of delirious joy =) I know it's just another way of communication in my family.

By the way, who says children will only be good when they were brought up in a super-duber loving family background? Who says sharing stories about your family 24/7 means you have a loving family? Haven't you heard of intangible & unspoken love? And pls don't say "you, the spoilt brat" when one is the only child, or I shall feel really shame for those who are still spoilt/dependent although having siblings

35 minutes late for work on the first day. Big deal you thought?

What about AN HOUR LATE for work on the second day then? Very big deal huh??? Let all the Londoners praise the Jubilee tube Line on its suspensions this morning due to power failure, apparently; I thought they were on strike Fu-yoh!!! I was freaking disappointed... and thinking how bad luck it was for me early in the morning and my second day of work. And in the end I had to come back to my area and take a cab to work and was an hour late!

Luckily when I walked into the office, the manager lifted up his head and looked at me, said "I know, I know it was real bad, the Jubilee line." I pretended to look as if I'd been shocked and said: "well, did you get affected as well???" lol. Saying that was actually to distract myself from looking at the lady boss who was busy as ever sitting at her place dealing with business. I took a deep breath, chilled for a second, fingers on the keyboard and started to work.

Colleagues are really helpful and I feel the sense of belonging even though it was just my second day after I'd started. No selfishness. Everything went well for me in the workplace and haven't had myself in any difficulty, yet! lol

French class was getting tougher; and I'm feeling a bit lost in the class but Magali is a good teacher I would say. Pretty. Sweet. Sound Romantic and I think she is one lol She always knows it when I'm lost; probably it says on my forehead lol =p

French is like a pop-culture in London. 2 colleageus of mine are currently learning French as well =) and you wouldn't believe it. The manager sitting opposite me is with a birthday the same as mine, 30th Oct. We were like... How funny! haha And they are all Horoscope readers!!!!! wakakkakakakaa

And I missed the reunion dinner. Papa was 'begging' me to come home to join the reunion dinner on Skype =/ How lovely but real silly. He even said he would pay the company when I take a day or half day off. This' hilariously ridiculous I said.

The first day of having myself stepping in to the English corporate world... In the middle of working, I would pinch myself a little to make sure it's real, and try looking around the floor to find my briefcase (the one being mentioned earlier on & only if I really brought one to work; in your dream baby!!!!) wakakakakakakakaka =p

I will be meeting more colleagues tomorrow. Can't wait to see Paul again; he seems like a really kind one since Judy has been praising him so much in front of me and yea I met him once during the interview I thought he's easy to play with. Judy is such a nice chap and really she's real (real as in being her true-self and not pretending *2 thumbs up for her*).

You wouldn't believe me if I told you I was 35 minutes late for work on my first day. A huge thank to the Tube; something serious happened in Westminster apparently. I was kept in the tube for almost an hour. And when it started moving it was like a turtle walking in the park... damn pissed-off. Of course, I was sooooooooooooooo frustrated and hoping to buy a car soon lol... don't worry, this comes up to my mind whenever there's something wrong with the public transports in London. But Judy's kinda polite when she saw me this morning, she said: "it's okay... it's normal to be late sometimes. Doesn't matter!" But not until I saw my lady boss... lol she didn't say anything. She's smiling at me when I walked in and quickly stood up to welcome me for few seconds and then got back to her seat and started typing. She seems alright to me =)

Emmm... I'm looking forward to working with these folks! I know I'll be learning a lot from them; because whatever Judy told me to do she'd end with this sentence - doing this will enhance your CV/portfolio in future - and I am more hungry than ever.

Okay, gtg. Need to google how to use Adobe Indesign. I think Judy plans to get my hands dirty with those look-quite-complicated graphic works. *sweat*

These are the words my heart has been pouring out. I couldn't be happier for what has come to me. I hope everything will go like clockwork.

I thank God for prayers answered; I couldn't 'resist' anymore, I wanna confess my love... there's nothing you can do to make me stop loving & believing in HIM. HE is so wonderful; HE still hears me even though my time spending with him is so little every night. *Shame on me*

All these while, I have been thinking to myself - When good things come my way, bad things will come in millions toward me as well. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the exam questions today!!! I was amazingly stoned, with a light smile on my face, thinking: "God, why did you put me here?"

How can they come out with questions that had never been covered by the lecturer? I was thinking when I looked through it: "Did I miss any of his lecture? Or did he miss it when few classes of his were cancelled the other time??"

Part A we had 2 compulsory questions, one of the topics didn't sound like International Business to me; and I had never heard him mentioning about them before. Part B we had to choose 1/2 Q. Basically, there wasn't any option, because the second question in Part B was something veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery new! I won't be able to find it from his lecture notes and neither could I get it from the Student Porter.

I need help for sleeping!!! I toss and turn at night and it's been going on like this for days. Have I got insomnia or other sleeping disorder? I'm really sick of being this way... perhaps too much worries, and too much of those memories ~

I can't believe it's only 5.30am now... and I'm doing this thing here.

I hate to wake up in the middle of the night and in the silence of my room. I have to get my Ipod put on immediately in order to get rid of the bad feelings every midnight. Then I would be staying awake for hours and worried about things. And those thing have got nothing to do with my exam papers and that's what worried me the most now! Few more hours to go for the most important paper; but I'm 100% not well prepared!

Something to tell, something to share...

I dreamt about having my own baby yesterday!!! I dreamt I was pregnant -_-" and it's really strange that I had this exciting feeling towards "the baby" in my dream last night. I'd never had any good feeling towards babies or children; I've always thought they would be the 'burdens' in a family, particularly for not so well off families. I know it's really bad to have such thinking...

And this morning while I was sitting in the tube I saw 2 ladies came in with pushchairs. When I saw their babies, joy penetrated in my heart and smile of joy was hanging on my face throughout the whole journey to London Bridge.

I was observing the mothers attitude towards their babies in the tube; and I reckoned whatever they were doing was to hope to put a smile on their kids face... how sweet! Then the next thing that came straight to my mind was: I wanna have my babies too!!! wakakakakakakakakaka =)

But right after I got off from the tube, instantaneously, I changed my thoughts: Stupid, back to BRM paper! lol

It's nice to dream sometimes... because in the end, you will still have your soul brought back to the reality world =) But at least, at this moment, I have a little more favorable attitudes toward children.

Okay... back to SIM notes now! lol

Exam is coming up!!! I really doubt I'd do well. Confidence = 0%. They look quite difficult to me but no one had ever said it would be easy, though! I would love to grab a cold beer to distress; since ciggy has officially been 'banned' by me.

I would have my eyes closed when comes to Finance; Research makes me hate it even more now; Information Systems hasn't got me worried, yet; International Business... another week plus to go, so party comes first before it lol

Thank you Jesus for this lonely moment... because YOU have finally got me to think of the real meaning behind X'mas.

While I used to think X'mas was all about parties & gathering, I'd never put HIM in the first place. I would make it to church every X'mas morning and felt the obligation of doing it for God' sake. I feel really pathetic. Jesus must have been really upset with me because after so many years only I came to realise the real meaning of celebrating Xmas. I looked up and in my heart I said "I'm sorry but I know it's never too late."

I hope to attend a church service later in the morning... I don't feel the obligation of being this way now; I only feel a burning desire to go this time.

My lonely Xmas... I pray for a better one next year and years after! cheers ~

Time flies when you WEREN'T having much fun, too

Feeling strange; Feeling sick; and really, I'm feeling lonely.

I'm not hoping to have someone to be here to listen or talk to me all the time;

In fact, I'm quite pleased in my individualistic lifestyle now...

However

once in a blue moon, I'd wonder where I am when I wake up on my own,

wishing I was lying in my comfy bed at home, and

having my dogs wagging their tails and licking my toes

when the moment I walked out from my room!

last Sunday morning,

I dreamed I held papa closely in my arms; I dreamed I had tea session with mommy

Mommy & I had been having tea-times most evenings in the past few months

Papa & I would argue a little whenever we watched football matches together

then I'd whine to WeiWei, telling him how stubborn papa was & bla bla bla...

I'm having a really good life here in London.. nice apartment; sufficient allowance...

Pa & Mommy provide me with 101% support and care,

and though we live a couple of thousand miles away from each other now.

I miss them most, I love them loads ~

I pray every night. I want God to keep them safe in His arms forever,

and never, would I let them slip away from my arms.

It's been a while since my last update! Err... a BIG thanks to my dearest neighbour, who has recently set up password for his/her wireless broadband; thus, no more tapping into their line. I've signed up for Talk Talk broadband... "Talk Talk" - what a cute name!

Everyday of life without the internet is really frustrating; and I've come to realise living without the internet is tougher than expected. We need the internet to make life run a little smoother, don't we? Even this' happening to my parents now, because it's been weeks since we met on Skype! We miss each other so much *.*

Anyway, more updates will be posted soon when Talk Talk Broadband is ready at home!

My 20th Birthday Wish!

I wish to have a small party at my living room, only both my parents & myself. And most likely we’d cook Steaks, Lambs, Cowslaw, Spaghetti Bolognese, Potato Salad, and Beers for papa =) Furthermore, I’d beg papa to buy Salmon Sashimi (2 portions), White Tuna Sashimi (2 portions), Tobiko Sushi (5 portions, only for this time round), Cucumber Maki & Crabmeat Maki (1 portion for each).

And there’d be Cheese Cake… papa loves cheese; mommy is not a big fan of cheese though; I love cheesy food; and my dogs they love cheese to bits too!!!

Looking back on the past few years, I had always been away from home for my birthday. So, I really want my next birthday party to be celebrated with no one else but my most beloved parents. It’s never too late to realise it now I hope.

I never like having myself lounging around in pajamas all day; especially on weekdays. I really hope to keep myself busy doing something GOOD and prove them useful. I understand the need to value other things in life (besides shopping). And I've always got a bee in my bonnet about doing well for my degree studies; after learning the tight competition among the younger generations in London and what I've promised papa. I've learned a lot and am still learning new things in life. I now expect to be learning more and more from my new school as well. (Things have finally turned out to be not-too-bad in my school & I hope that's the true color after all)

It's never easy to achieve my aims in life and I've known that clearly before I came. By now, it should have been time for me to put my card on the table and start to realise what's next after this. But I really find it difficult to consider the realistic ones.

Does age really matter?

I personally reckon it does. Telling my age isn't any big deal at all, and in fact, I'm proud I've never wasted much time in my life as far as for the things I wanted to be done well.

However life is short and time passes fast as you're getting older. That's why I feel the 'rush' in my life! People have been telling me age is not a matter at all wherever you are... but I was thinking what if I can't even achieve any single accomplishment when time actually marches on and it flies. Life's never been sweet!

Bible tells me to give worries to God... and Do Not Worry. Whenever comes to reading this I will then wonder... what's it like to live without worries? okay, I will not think any further about my future from today onwards I tell myself. But wait... tomorrow comes and I realise living needs money; then money will lead to worries!!! Today's a No-Money-No-Talk world; so how am I going to live without money?

What about this huh --- God created me and of course He wants to me learn as much as I could on earth; so since living my life will cause worries, shall I say worries are challenging and challenges can eventually bring me fun... I mean when I have the end results after all the hard work... ???

Long story short, life -> worries -> challeging -> FUN -> satisfaction! Thus, in a way I'm actually having fun while living my life to the fullest.

The final score was a disappointing 1 – 1. I heard it was a great game: Arsenal could have won today's match (apparently I was told; definitely was not solely my "review").

Disappointment doesn’t kill after all; and I’m really proud of the man who scores for Arsenal. He is my football savior for the day; he saves the whole team. Not only did he save the team he kept things back on track again (imagine if they had lost the game... to Liverpool!!!) Thank God.

“2” in the UEFA Champions League was magnificent!!! Our wonderkid, Cesc Fabregas, has performed surprisingly well for the club in this new season. Although the team still has long road ahead before they are entitled to win titles; with their current on-form performances and if they keep going better I believe they could win something in the end =)

Qualms of Homesickness

Well, it’s been a month since I moved here. I’m still feeling horrible sick – Homesick! Every day, I’m persuading my parents to come to London to stay with me.... and more often than now, it goes like this ---

Conversation 1

Me: When do you want to come over? I’m waiting! My apartment is one of the nicest in town

Papa: No no no…. Papa is not free. And remember you’re there to study, okay.

Me: Of course I know. I’ll work hard. Have no worries, I will get a good degree in the end. What about I suggest you guys to come over in Jan next year? …Where I will have a 3-week holidays before I start a new term.

Papa: I’ll see how. Why not you travel around Europe with Nadia during your holidays?

Me: *I stoned for a moment*. This is a good idea but you gotta pay for everything k haha! But if you and mommy are coming over, we can travel around Europe together too.

Me: When are you coming over? I’m waiting! London is a shopping paradise… only if you have a big sum of money in the pocket. Wahahaha.

Mommy: How nice is it? Are there any sales during this period of time?

Me: Yes… there are sales around but could hardly find those that suit you though. Lol

Mommy: I’m just afraid the weather is too cold and I will be lazy to get out of the house and go shopping with you.

Me: True. But you’ve got no other choice. I need your companion.

Mommy: Whatever it is, you don’t worry about that first. Concentrate on your studies okay. Then if you really want mommy to go over, you should talk to papa about it. Hehehe…

Me: Both of you are going to attend my convocation which will take place at Cardiff, if I’m not wrong, and around this time next year, right?

Mommy: No. Papa will attend. I’m not going.

Mommy: we can’t travel together. We need someone to stay at home and look after our dogs.

Me: Yea I know. But I’m sure both the parents of my classmates will attend the convo. How can I only have papa attending; other people might think that I have an ‘incomplete’ family.

Being independent is not the hardest thing. But since I moved to London, I've always felt a need to feel psychically closer.

I miss the hugs! I miss hugging Mommy from the back and I'd try stopping her to walk forward; I hugged her tightly in bed at night while she was sleeping soundly and in my heart I prayed for her; as for papa, I liked to put my hand over his shoulders and greeted him by calling out his full name ^^; and once in a blue moon, he'd pull me close and give me a big hug.

Lastly, I miss his silly faces; I miss his sexy lips; I miss his smiles; I miss his laughs; I miss the goofy things that he does to me and I miss his hugs!!! I Miss You Neng =)

Yes, I'll admit that I'm temporarily in disbelief that if God will put me through this time around. My life's just fine over here. I'm feeling like I've lost my way! What's my aim in life? I wanna become a multi-billionaire; who doesn't want that anyway!... How? I don't know... What exactly do I want to do after completing my degree? I'm not sure about that... What are my worries? well... there's a lot to tell.

I know they are only small annoying problems, I wish to find a way out too, but I can't tell exactly what they are... I've got stuck here!!!

There must be some reason God put me here. I'm going to go somewhere, from here. I hope so! -_- Patience being tested here.

Today was the first day of my new school, doing BABS 4 (Business Studies). Well, I'm very happy because I've finally come back to the 'working' life... at least now I keep my brain working, having my hands to writing notes, pulling my ears big enough to listen to theories (and not stories) and so on =)

Okay...where should I start? My classmates? yea... today was just my first day and I thought they're alright. They didn't make any ridiculous argument with the lecturer or had any crappy discussion in the class (no worries, I didn't either). I've been hearing a lot about my new school before this therefore I went to school today with preparing myself to be ready to take their shits. But instead I was surprisingly impressed with them. Wow... I hope they keep it up and let me learn more things from them as we go along. They all come from many different countries such as, Eastern countries, South America countries, Asian countries and so forth. So I'm pretty sure there will be different cultural practice and stuffs like that in the near future.

In a minute or two during today's class, I came to think of IAA 58. I wish I was still in Iact, attending the first class, doing the subject of Advertising, by Adeline Choo. The first person I talked to in class was Cyaujiun. hehehehhehee "where r u from?" she asked... I can remember that clearly!!! I love 58. ^.^ and it reminded me of WeiWei too. When my first day going to IACT he was there with me. He looked like my bodyguard. He didn't want to do that at first then I begged him to come with me because I thought I was too shy to enter the college alone and I needed someone I told him wahahahahaha *shame shame* I still remember it was 9am in the morning then we bumped into Gab & Lily as they were also having class in that early morning hehe =) I'm missing you dearly here WeiWei * _*

Today I was told that LSC (the entire college/Uni) will be moving to a new building which located at Elephant & Castle in Mid November. According to my lecturer, the move to a new premises will provide students with better service and it will be better for the environment too! I really hope so. I don't hope to run around in between the current 3 buildings at London Bridge. Although they are within walking distance but it's so cold now and it's getting colder everyday alright. It's not easy for me to walk in cold weather especially when the weather is windy in addition to being cold!

Financial Management and Analysis is a totally new thing to me. I haven't done anything related to figures/numbers or math since I left my secondary school. It will be tough I suppose, but I will have to do well anyhow... I can't afford to fail any subject!!! *choi* lolz

Oh yea... Nadia told me that she will throw me a birthday party on the 30th Oct. She is going to invite friends! She also mentioned to me it wouldn't be just both of us at the party... wow... something is going on for her now!!! She's working out a birthday party plan. lolz =P

What a lovely Evening!

Alan & Davy came over this evening. As mentioned in the last few posts that we invited them to come over one of these days and we would make them dinner. So, today was the day!!! We all had a wonderful dinner.

A chat here, laughter there. You could just tell it was great! They are really fun and we like having them around us. And guess what… they got us a TV!!! It’s not a new one but I feel so blessed because I have always wanted to get a TV here. And it’s like what… dream comes true! And again, this makes me look up to the sky and in my heart I thank God for the blessings that I’ve been receiving. And I want to bless other people now… anyone that God sends to me!!!

They make a lovely couple; they are so in love with each other and it tells when their eyes look into each other! So sweet =)

My phone was ringing... ringing... ringing...

I could barely open my eyes... it was 8.20am!
I looked at my phone,

and I saw Man Lye's name appeared on the screen

"should I answer? Or not?" I was thinking...

"Arhh... maybe there's sth urgent that she must tell me now since she's calling at this time"...

*Answer* I pressed!

Then, the conversation went something like this...

ManLye: Hey Baby Steph! Oops you're still lying in your bed?

Me: yea... wassup?

ManLye:What's the time at your side now?

Me: 8.30am

ManLye: Oh no... I'm sorry. please go back to your sleep and we shall chat later

Me: Nah...it's okay! It's wake-up time anyway.

ManLye: Okay.. then just a quick one yea. I gonna get a new hair do soon. Because I've received criticisms from 2 persons regarding my hairstyle since this afternoon. So sad!!! So, tell me what should I do about it? What kind of hairstyle should I do this time?

A Lovely Sunday Outing

Today was a lovely day filled with... emmm... how should I put it?!

a day filled with beautiful weather and finally I got the chance to meet up with Davy and Alan today. It was a nice meeting. Davy cooked our meals; some toothsome dishes! She baked some breads and they're so yummy!!! The curry wasn't too bad and there's rice as well. Nadia and I were well-served after all =)

They are nice people and they are good people to friends with I reckon. Of course, most of time Nadia & I would get to listen and learn about their past and stuffs like that; then they do more of the talking and sharing their stories with us. hahahahaha it's quite fun anyway!!!

In the afternoon, we went for a walk in the park nearby and that park is so big and there's beautiful sunshine (which Nadia doesn't like it), but I only love sunshine whenever I feel cold. lolz. So, I took some pictures in the park.

A long update!

Hold on and don’t shed any tears… I told myself to be strong

That’s the message reading on my mind when I was walking down the escalator in KLIA; leaving my most beloved parents behind has so far been the toughest thing ever in my life.

So many things were crossing on mind for that few seconds. I wished I could have cared for them more; I wished I could stop the time, and so, I’d give them a massive hug and kiss before I leave! I didn’t even say goodbye or anything to them as I was walking away. Because I could feel as though a tidal wave of tears is rising up behind my eyeballs. Then only I knew this’ a real, real painful decision of my life. I did not look back either and every step I walked the tears started falling secretly.

My most precious gifts from God!

I have never done anything like this before. It’s painful to leave my loved ones; and that’s still the way I feel it whenever I think about them now. And again, I hold back tears and still acting tough.

The pain within my heart healed my greatest phobia for that short moment. As if I was flying without much fear for the first time, but, there was pain all over! I read the letter which darling wrote to me but I only managed to read the first line. Tears started to well in my eyes and then I laid the letter down because I’ve known myself well enough; I know it couldn’t stop once it gets started. I miss him so much and have always loved him 100% with all my heart.

After awhile I took out the present Cyaujiun bought me. When I thought of the moment how we cried the day before when we said goodbye to each other I can’t stop the tears from falling down my cheeks again; I quietly wiped it and prayed for calm. But that present had put a smile on my face in the end. It’s just too lovely! Being the usual Cyaujiun… we should know the present is playing its ‘lebih’ role (the contents she wrote in there), but at the same time you will feel so warm by just looking at it!

A lovely Diary Book =)

When the plane had touched down I quickly gave papa a call. I knew he must have been waiting badly for my call back at home. When the call got through the first thing he told me was to stay calm, not to be afraid, read the signage and find the exit. But I wanted to tell him… I’m alright pa. I’m a big girl now I won’t get panic over some small stuff. But I couldn’t get the words out because my eyes were again feeling hot and watery when I heard his voice over the phone. His voice was so sweet I thought; I wished I didn’t come here and stay by his side forever!

After I picked up my luggage I finally met Nadia and Gilbert and they took me home. Then as we began a little on stories about the school, accommodation and things that they’d been through in my absence before this I started to have doubts in my journey this time. It seemed so imperfect at one point of time that I thought I might have made the wrong choice to come over. On the other hand there’s nothing much I can do but to make do it with.

I cried so badly in my room that night. It was the worst night ever in my life. I miss the time when chatting with my mommy before our going-to-bed-soon time. I miss ‘poking’ her fats and telling her how necessary it is for her to loose some weight before she plans to share some clothes with me… I miss my papa when he nags, nags and nags hehe *_*

I miss my darling; the bond between us is just great, our love is intangible yet we feel it. It’s not just about being in the relationship with him but is about the things that we share with each other everyday as if they are never gonna end. People might not see or know it but deep inside us there’s a message where it says: look, you now have each other; work it out or else you will miss it!

I heart you so much baby

I miss my dogs… no one will ever love them like I do. They must be feeling lonely without me being by their sides! I feel so sorry for them. I miss my besties… I feel so blessed because at long last I found some true friends throughout my entire life.

I cried and cried and cried on that lonely night. I couldn’t stop crying and I quickly opened my bible and hoped I could feel better soon. And believe it or not, when I opened my bible my eyes just fell onto this phrase – ISAIAH 41:13. For I, the LORD your God, will hold your right hand, Saying to you, ‘Fear not, I will help you.’

But this time I cried even more because I suddenly felt so much love knowing that God has never neglected to see my needs and He has always been working out my things for me. And I’ve always told God I’m so afraid I’ll lose all the good things that I’m having now because in future I might not be able to bear those ‘pains’ when I wasn’t trained to handle them during my younger time. I don’t know… life’s been really beautiful in the past 20 years. Maybe it’s time for me to learn to live on my own and really, really, really be independent through this hard-time.

Well, I love my apartment at first sight and I’m proud to tell you that: yea… it is one the nicest apartments which you could hardly find in town. But life is kinda boring because there isn’t any nightlife at my area here. Perhaps there’s some but I feel it is so dangerous to go out at night because the street seems so quiet and dark at night. And shops close at 6pm everyday; whereas on Sunday most shops are not open.

I travel by bus and tube everyday and I walk a lot more than before. It has totally changed my life. I miss those days when I drove around in my Jazz. Comfy seat, chilling air-conditioner, own privacy, no noise…. So Nice! And my toe was bleeding alongside the nail the other day due to walking too much I guess lol

Ouch... it's painful!!!

Everyday, I’m waiting for Pa & Mommy to call, if they don’t call me by 6pm I will call them; SMS darling every morning & night and whenever I’m free. We also make video call with MSN or Skype. I might not have so much time to run this after I start school later but I just hope to keep some of my “daily routine” going as normal as possible here in London. I don’t wanna lose it as those to me are something important. You know what that means don’t you.

There are few popular shopping areas in London. Things are so expensive here. For instance, their “national brand” - Topshop is a lot more expensive than those in KL. I wonder why!!! And needless to say, it’s really expensive to live in the heart of the city.

I’ve been to my school. It’s alright. Not much thing to whine about as I’ve always said there’s no turning back… once in a life time that I must deal with it huh! I’ll be starting class on the 15th Oct. I used to have a bunch of good classmates who care and share – IAA58, forever and the one I will always miss! So this time I’m not so sure about my future classmates. I mean it’s an international school I’m sure I will get to meet many different people ^.^ Being able to meet my every expectation has so far been my main concern about the school and its management.

It’s crazy weather here, sometimes too cold; sometimes I feel quite warm… and sometimes I get a runny, stuffed up nose; sometimes I feel hot and stuffy when I’m in the bus or tube! There are nights when the wind is so cold and I feel so lonely! I’m doing my best here anyway!

I cook my own meals, and sometimes Nadia’s too! And I’m looking for easy convenience cooking recipes. So far my favourite dish has been ABC soup + spaghetti. It’s yummy, healthy and easy preparations. I also gotta wash my own clothes =( but washing machine has made life easier for me though. lolz =p

My usual reading companions were the internet but it has finally changed when I came here. Reading the newspapers has recently been my biggest entertainment at home. Everyday we receive and collect all different papers from the tube stations. And there’s no TV at my place. Apparently, there are lots of things to be done in order to get a TV here. They need TV license, channel subscriptions and so forth. Very pathetic, indeed, to live without a TV, especially during the weekends where football matches are held. Before I came here people always teased me by saying “wow staying in London… you’ll get to watch many live football matches or you’ll get to watch in their stadiums... bla bla bla"
Buddy, life isn’t that perfect okay!!! I’m checking http://www.livescore.com/ for football live scores every Saturday and Sunday. I feel it’s so near yet so far. And I’m looking for some TV online programme where I can watch live football matches on my PC for FREE!

This is my second week of living in what they claim the modern city - London. I’ve always tried to have my comfort zone appears to be unchangeable after moving here meanwhile am also expanding it so that I’ll be accustomed to living in this big and busy city.

I think so far I’ve acclimatized myself well and coped well with the life here. For this I must credit Nadia and Gilbert, the Chee Family lolz. Without their guidance and advice I wouldn’t have done so well now. Thank you so much =) and Gil, Nadia & I think our home is quieter now after you’ve gone back to KL. So sad!!!

Oh yea… I finally QUIT! Maybe I should give myself another month probationary period to reassure that I’ve totally got rid of it. But, you know… please trust me; when I say Quit means it’s totally gone yea! My parents’ love for their only daughter has been incredible. I couldn’t take them for granted anymore and I love them all; that’s one of the reasons I wanted to quit. After all, for God’s sake, I quit. Quitting makes life difficult at first and I still feel the temptation of it everyday; somehow I’d been doing it in the past 5 years; but thank God, He just keeps me going stronger each and everyday =) And I’m happy with that.

This’ life, isn’t it. Life is like a riddle; you need to find the answer in order to live because there’s a reason for everything.
